Gabriel Franco
Founder & CEO
Gabriel left school in South London and went straight into work, where he developed his sales skills at Virgin Active. He later founded Bright Facilities, starting the business on his own and handling everything from sales to operations before growing a team and building the company. He learned by practice, mentors and doing hsi certifications such as BICS. Today, his focus is on scaling Bright Facilities while continuing to develop as an entrepreneur. Outside of business, Gabriel enjoys training, playing guitar and spending time with his dog.
Justin Yasno
Managing Director
Justin Yasno, BICS qualified, has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, bringing extensive industry knowledge and leadership to his role as Managing Director. Passionate about football, real estate and his beloved Arsenal, Justin combines his experience and commercial mindset to drive the continued growth and success of Bright Facilities.
Sophia Rodriguez
Operations Manager
Sophia Rodriguez graduated from the University of Greenwich with a degree in Business and brings her strong organisational and commercial skills to her role as Operations Manager at Bright Facilities. Outside of work, Sophia has a passion for the gym, music and travelling, always enjoying the opportunity to experience new places and cultures.
David Darko
Head of Finance
David Darko is the Accountant at Bright Facilities, bringing a strong academic background with a degree in Mathematics and Accounting. With a passion for numbers and finance, David plays a key role in keeping the business financially organised and on track. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, particularly to the United States, and is a big basketball fan.
Luz Rodriguez
Head of Service
Luz Rodriguez is Head of Service at Bright Facilities, bringing over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry and extensive expertise in maintaining high standards across our services. Passionate about animals, dancing and spending time with friends, Luz also enjoys relaxing with Netflix outside of work.

William Boodoo
Marketing Director & Co-Founder, wevisualise
William leads the marketing partnership with Bright Facilities, covering the website, search visibility and paid advertising. He sets the direction, oversees the build and signs off the work before it goes live, measuring success in enquiries rather than activity.
Amber Khan
Social Media & Content Director, wevisualise
Amber leads brand and content for Bright Facilities, from advertising assets to the website and printed material. She plans and produces the work, and keeps the tone and visual identity consistent wherever the brand appears.
